Christmas 2010

Merry Christmas!!! I love this top picture, we finally got one where everyone was happy, there were a lot of unhappy ones. The kids got matching "Car" pj's on Christmas eve. They got some toys to play with and there big presents was a big box fort. I figure why spend lots of money on tons of toys when all they do is play with the boxes. They loved it. They played in the box for a good 10min. before they even noticed there were presents. In: Out:

Thanksgiving and more...

For Thanksgiving we drove out to Arizona to spend it with Byron's brother Curtis and his family. It was a lot of fun, we got to go to the Zoo. They both loved seeing all the animals.
The Car ride to AZ was great, we made it in 15 hours. Both kids did great. Thank goodness for DVD players

Cadance and Kayla played like sisters, either they were fighting or best friends. They were so fun to watch!!
They played in Curtis' playpen with everyone was making Thanksgiving dinner.
BLACK FRIDAY...
So Michelle and her family always go out on Black Friday so I joined them. We planned out everything the night before and left at 10:30 PM!!! We shopped all night/ waited out in the cold, until 5:45 AM. It was a long night but a lot of fun. I saved a lot of money and got 98% of my Christmas shopping done. I felt bad because we left Friday night so Byron had to drive almost the whole night since I did not get any sleep the night before.
All in All a great trip!! Now back to the real world

Halloween

For Halloween Kayla was Dorthy and Curtis was the lion from the Wizard of OZ. It was hard getting pictures together but I did get some of them playing in dirt together, running and playing together. Curtis never said Trick or Treat but he sure knew how to walk up to people and hold out his container. Kayla remembered from last year instantly and said trick or treat and thank you. The next morning she woke up and said "We go trick or treating". She wanted more candy, cause she has a mean mommy that will not let her eat more than one piece at a time.

Finally we can go outside

It has been so nice outside. We have gone outside almost everyday. I took some great pics of the kids.
These pics are so cute but I have a confession I really only took pics of them for my beanies I have been making. Is it bad that I have taken more pics of my flowers than my kids lately? Well admitting I have a problem is the first step. I am going to take tons of pics of my kids.

Full of Changes

Sorry I have not been good about blogging lately.
Ever since we moved to Decatur in July I really have not had free time. When I was not unpacking or taking care of my three kids (I am not pregnant! Byron would be the third kid), I was working on my flowers and my new website. Starting your own side business takes a lot of time and probably doing while moving, not the best idea but what's done is done.

I do finally have my website up and I am so excited. http://www.priceless-design.com/

The kids are doing good. I can not believe that Curtis is almost 15 months. When Kayla was that old I was about to have another baby. CRAZY!!! He is such a big boy now, and Kayla and Curtis are so cute playing together.

Girls Night

The kids took a four wheeler ride with daddy. They loved it!!!!
Then Kayla loves to crawl into the sroller and have Curtis push her around. It is so cute.

Kayla and I had a girls night with our Friends Kim and Pipper. We went to the Wise County Carnival. We had to ride the horse on the Carrisel. Kayle LOVED it!! She would have rode it all night.
Then Kayla and Pipper played the Fishing game, and each won a dolphin.
It was a fun night, I am really looking forward to having lots of girls nights with Kayla. I loved dressing Kayla up in her little red cowboy boots. She fit right into Decatur.

Happy Birthday Curtis

I still cannot believe that Curtis is a year old. Time really does fly. I miss having my little baby, but it is fun watching Curtis and Kayla play together. They are either best friends or enemies.
Two days after his First Birthday he finally decided that he could walk. He walks everywhere now. He loves to climb on everything.
I made him a dirt and worm cake.

He started picking at it and then ended up stuffing it in his mouth.
Happy Birthday Curtis!!

10 Months

I can not believe Curtis is already 10 months old. He could walk if he wanted to but he has no interest. He has 7 teeth, and eats anything he can get his hands on. Not long and he will be running around with Kayla.

I took them to our community pool, it was cold but that did not stop them both from swimming.

Kayla loves to climb up this ladder in the park, she can do it all by herself.

Easter

We went to the Roanoke Easter Egg Hunt and had so much fun.
We saw the Easter Bunny, Kayla was thrilled!

Kayla got a tattoo...

She raced in a sack race...

She was told to put the ring on the egg, so that is what she did.
What a fun Day!!! Kayla did get some eggs, she was upset when the egg did not have any candy in it.
